These are the terms and conditions which apply to all conference and events, managed organized or executed by Collaborative Research Network Private Limited (herein after called CRN Conference(s)), and form an agreement between you and us. We will not file a copy of our agreement with you. These terms and conditions are available in the English language only
By booking at our Conferences, you accept these terms and conditions. You should read them carefully before making a booking. We recommend you save a copy of them for your future reference.
In the event that a Conference(s) is cancelled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified promptly, and the event will be rescheduled if possible. In such cases, refunds may be provided at the sole discretion of our Conference(s), or alternative options for participation may be offered.
You acknowledge that the venue, timings, speakers and programmer of our Conference(s) are subject to reasonable changes.
The unauthorised use of photographic and recording equipment is prohibited at any of our Conference (s)
If you cancel your Conference booking, or do not attend the event, the event fee will not be refunded.
Please ensure you take care of your personal possessions during any of our Conferences (NA for online events) as Collaborative Research Network Private Limited (CRN) cannot accept any liability for them
Filming and photography may take place at all our Conferences. You consent to your image and likeness being used in marketing and films without any payment to you.
Our Conferences do not claim or guarantee that any papers will be published by any specific publisher or index. Publishers or organizations can decline to publish the conference proceedings that do not meet their quality standards
Our Conferences do not claim or guarantee that any papers will be indexed in any database. Indexing services evaluate conferences and independently determine what they will index
We may revise our terms and conditions from time to time, for example to reflect changes in relevant laws or regulatory requirements or improvements we make to the CRN Conferences.

Once you register for a conference you shall be bound by the T&Cs or any amendments thereto
The use of photographic, audio, video or other recording equipment is prohibited at the Conference. If you wish to use any photographic, audio, video or other recording equipment at the Conference, you must obtain our prior permission in writing. By attending the Conference you acknowledge and agree that You may be photographed or your presence may be recorded by us or our partners or any third party licensed by Us, to use, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise globally disseminate your name, voice and words in perpetuity in television, radio, film, newspapers, magazines, and other media now available and hereafter developed, both before, during and any time after the Conference, and in any form, without any further approval from you or any payment to You. This grant includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit the media, the right to use the media (along or together with other information), and the right to allow others to use or distribute the media.
In the interests of safety and comfort for all our guests, you acknowledge that admission to any CRN Conferences is subject to strict security arrangements and that we may conduct security checks prior to your entering the venue (NA for Online Conferences). You acknowledge that restrictions and additional terms may apply to CRN Conferences depending on the nature of the event and the venue. You agree that you will observe and comply with any such security arrangements, terms or restrictions. Failure to comply will result in entry being refused. No refund of fees or any other costs will be made in these circumstances. We reserve the right to request that you leave an CRN Conference if your conduct is unacceptable (in CRN’s reasonable opinion) or if you represent a security threat to the CRN Conference. No refund of fees or any other costs will be made in these circumstances.
All personal or other information provided by you will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy as displayed on the Website of the Company. By submitting registration details, delegates agreed and share his/her consent to allow the People Matters to share this data (User’s name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, Company, designation etc. with other parties/service providers involved in the conference for promotions or other purpose.
CRN is committed to data privacy and protecting your personal information. By submitting your email address during the event registration process, you agree that CRN and its event partners may send you event-related information. A valid email address is required for all registrations.
CRN may disclose your personal data to third-party service providers engaged by CRN to assist in the conduct of the event (e.g., hotels, onsite providers). Information you provide when registering for or participating in an event managed or co-sponsored by parties other than or in addition to CRN may be shared with those parties, and the treatment of such information is further subject to the privacy policies of those parties. Except as described herein, CRN will not disclose your personal data to any other third party without your consent except where required to do so by law.
We do not accept any responsibility or liability for the views expressed by the Speakers at the Conference or any advice given by them at the Conference or the material shared or distributed by them at the Conference. The materials shared or distributed at or in connection with the Conference are intended for information purposes only and should not be relied upon by you or others. In case , we are held liable for any damages under applicable law, then Our liability shall be limited to and shall not exceed the Fees paid by You at the time of registering for the Conference.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us and our affiliates, and our respective employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors harmless from all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, that arise out of or are related to any breach of the T&Cs by You or any other liabilities incurred by us arising out of Your attendance or participation at the Conference.
If you plan to be a speaker or an attendee at a CRN Conference, we may share your contact and biographical information and photograph with event attendees. We do this so other attendees and visitors to the event website can contact you with questions and requests for more information and provide feedback if needed.
CRN prohibits discrimination, harassment, and bullying against any person for any reason—for example, because of age, ancestry, colour, disability or handicap, national origin, race, religion, gender, sexual or affectional orientation, gender identity, appearance, matriculation, political affiliation, marital status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
