Video specifications:

Duration: Three to Five (3-5minutes)

File type: MP4. Ensure that converted MP4 files work properly before submission.

Resolution: 1280 × 720 pixels (16:9 aspect ratio)

File Format: Maximum 20mb.

Poster Size: Please bear in mind that the screen aspect ratio is 16:9. So, prepare your posters accordingly in landscape orientation so as to fit display height 1920 width x 1080 (Maximum 20 MB.)

Font types: Arial, Calibri, Verdana Times New Roman or Helvetica

Font size: 11 points or larger

Video Abstract - Review process and outcome

All videos abstracts will undergo peer review based on 5 criteria video quality, content, innovation, scientific and educational value.

Video Abstract – Instructions

  • Entries can be made on an individual or group basis; Participation is open to all delegates.
  • Every entry must be the original creation of the participant and should not be plagiarized.
  • The submitted video is a personal/group original work, and the participant must be fully responsible for the submitted work
  • Entries can be in the form of short films, narratives, vlogs, music videos, or documentaries
  • Duration of video shall not be more than 5 minutes and should be sent in English language only
  • Please ensure that all additional accompanying music are royalty-free. The Organizer shall not be held liable for any claims arising from the infringement of copyright laws;
  • Video shall be in .mp4 or .mov format with a minimum resolution of 1280 x 720-pixel with a maximum file size of 512MB;
  • Entries submitted must be a manifestation of the participants’ creativity and incorporate positive values. It should not contain matters that are sensitive in nature such as Race, Culture, Religion and must not insult leaders or individuals;
  • The Organizer reserves the right to reject any entry that violates the terms and conditions of the contest and shall not be held liable for any claims pertaining to the submission or production, from any parties;
  • Video will be judged on content relevance, creativity, and idea. The decision by the judges is final;
  • The Organizer shall have the right to edit, reuse, modify, reproduce or amend the Audio and Video for promotional purposes.

Content specific instructions

Videos must be self-explanatory using English voice-over, clear text/graphics, or music.

Institution names and logos or markings are only allowed at the start of the video—if shown throughout, the video will be automatically rejected, regardless of content quality.

Use of copyrighted music in video abstract

By submitting a video abstract, authors confirm they are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions for any copyrighted content used—including music—and agree to follow these copyright guidelines. Failure to comply may lead to rejection of the abstract. To ensure legal and ethical compliance, please consider the following:

*Use royalty-free or free-licensed music whenever possible.

* If using copyrighted music, you must get written permission from the copyright holder.
